- An account must first be created in the application portal. After confirming your account, you can log in to the portal and create your application.
- Fields marked with * are mandatory.
- The following attachments must be uploaded at the end of the application:
- Letter of motivation of 1-2 pages
- Letter of recommendation from the main subject teacher
- (For teaching degree: Letter of recommendation from the pedagogical specialist lecturer and the lecturer in the main instrument/vocal performance.
- For EMP: Letter of recommendation from the pedagogical specialist lecturer and the
- (for EMP: letter of recommendation from the pedagogical lecturer and the lecturer in the artistic minor) - curriculum vitae in tabular form
- university entrance qualification or last school report
- Proof of study:
- current grade list (if examinations have already been taken)
- if applicable, certificate of a previous university degree
- if applicable, proof of awards and prizes
- if applicable, evidence of internships, professional training and activities
- if applicable, proof of stays abroad, special qualification(s), further professional and extracurricular commitment,
- if applicable, proof of social, ecological, political or other honorary commitment.
- All documents must be uploaded in PDF format. Other formats cannot be opened and therefore will not be considered.
- Please label the uploaded files with your last name and a short description of the content (e.g. last name_resume) so that they can be clearly assigned.
- After successful submission of your application, you will receive a confirmation by mail.
- After completion of the selection process of the University of Music Würzburg, you will receive an unsolicited message whether you have been selected for a scholarship (probably in July/August).
