Switching from ‘Zoom’ to ‘Zoom X’
Please follow the instructions on the new ‘Dienst für Zusammenarbeit der bayerischen Kunsthochschulen’ and click on the entry ‘Migration from Zoom to Zoom X’.

Reduction of e-mail recipients

Due to repeated security concerns, the Regional Computing Centre Erlangen (RRZE) is reducing the limit for the number of e-mail recipients from 200 to 100.

• This limit is being introduced to minimise the number of spam messages in case a user account falls into the hands of spammers.
•  Another reason for adjusting the recipient limit is to avoid the unwanted disclosure of several hundred addresses to the entire group of recipients if an email is sent to many recipients in the ‘To’ field.
•  Only use the ‘Bcc’ field to enter a larger number of email addresses.
