The Event Management unit is the contact for the planning, preparation, application, coordination and organization of a wide variety of public and non-public university events. This ranges from the allocation of suitable rooms for regular classes to the planning and preparation of lecture evenings, concerts and festivals to the announcement and implementation of university competitions and administrative support of workshops or master classes as well as excursions.
