Women's representative
The women's representative takes care to avoid disadvantages for female scientists, female teachers and students; she supports the university in fulfilling its task of actually enforcing equality between women and men. She and her deputy are elected by the Senate for two years at a time (cf. BayHIG, article 22).
As a member of the Senate and its committees, the Women's Representative has full voting rights. She is a member of the extended University Board and an advisory member of the University Council. As a voting member of appointment committees, she works to increase the number of women appointed to professorships.
At the University of Music Würzburg, she also supports
