The Göttingen Symphony Orchestra performs at well over 120 events each year, not least in the context of guest tours in Germany and abroad. Thanks to its reputation, the "only original orchestra" in Lower Saxony is a sought-after address not only for music lovers, but also for instrumentalists who want to further develop themselves and their art.
Thanks to an outstanding performance at the competition, violin student Zora Orfgen from Würzburg succeeded in gaining one of the coveted internships with the Göttingen Symphony Orchestra. Starting in September, the young musician, who was already supported by Dan Talpan at the University of Music Würzburg when she was 13 years old, will work with the prestigious orchestra for 10 months, be inspired and certainly experience new impulses for her further development. Currently, Zora Orfgen, who successfully passed her teaching exam in the spring, is studying violin in the bachelor's programme in the class of Ella Bulatova.
