Mentoring programme

for HfM students

What is mentoring?

In mentoring, people with professional experience (mentors) advise and support students (mentees).

The mentors pass on their experience and, above all, their informal knowledge, advise the mentees on upcoming study and career-related decisions and provide personal feedback. In addition, the mentees can gain access to the professional/social networks in which the mentors are active.

Since the mentoring programme at the HfM Würzburg is funded by the Professorinnenprogramm III, only female students can be supported in the first phase of this programme. In the medium term, however, the aim is to offer it to all students.
