On July 5, the Jour fixe of the university management and the responsible department of the State Ministry for Science and Art, represented by MR Patrizia v. Garnier and MR Eva Hammig, took place after more than two years of online meetings in the presidium of the HfM Würzburg. As always, current topics and concerns of the university were discussed in a solution-oriented manner.

Afterwards there was a guided tour through the building Hofstallstraße, an excursion to the 'Festung Marienberg' and a visit of the construction site 'Haus IV'. After a further 'excursion' to the 'Bürgerspital', a joint visit to the current opera production 'The Rape of Lucretia' followed, with a smooth transition into the Dernière celebration. At the same time, the meeting served as preparation for the 'Annual Meeting', which took place on July 7 at the Ministry.
