The following application materials must be submitted to the International Office:

• Completed application form
• Letter of motivation with detailed description of the project and justification of the project
• Curriculum vitae (not for study trips)
• Language certificate (not for study trip)
• Certificate of study
• Letter of recommendation from the main subject teacher
• for study trips: detailed project description incl. calculation

The application deadline for study grants (if funding is not available through ERASMUS) is January 31 of each year. Applications for competitions, specialist courses, and study trips can be submitted at any time.
