After graduating as a state-certified music teacher for vocal performance and piano, Ms. Rösch taught for almost 20 years at municipal music schools and directed various amateur choirs. In addition to her teaching career, she completed a master's degree in philosophy, musicology and Italo-Romanic philology and also a part-time master's degree in cultural management. In addition, she gained professional experience in concert and event management at a municipal cultural office and became acquainted with the school sector through a traineeship (music and ethics) at a grammar school.

At the University of Music Würzburg, she first worked as an advisor to the University Board and later also as the coordinator of the University Orchestra for seven years.
