On October 14, the annual event for international students took place - the Welcome Day! The event is organized by the International Office of the University of Music Würzburg since 2016 and aims to welcome new international students to the University of Music Würzburg in a special way. Vice President Prof. Andreas C. Lehmann and the International Office welcomed nearly 30 students from 10 countries within and outside Europe. During the course of the day, they received a lot of information about their study stay in Würzburg as well as about the study organization at our university.

The international Welcome Day is the first building block in the integration of international students at the University of Music Würzburg. In the course of the semester, the International Office organizes further events and workshops for them and offers individual counseling and support throughout their studies.
