After completing her bachelor's programme at the University of Music Franz Liszt in Weimar, Moldovan harpist Gabriela Croitoru has been studying in the class of Prof. Andreas Mildner at the University of Music Würzburg since 2022, where she is aiming for a master's degree. The young musician has already gained experience in renowned orchestras, but is also increasingly in demand as a soloist. In addition to the numerous prizes she has already won, two more were added in April.

In the competition for the Inge Murjahn Prize, which is awarded by the Da Ponte Foundation for the promotion of young musicians, she won not only the attractively endowed 2nd prize but also the audience prize.
