At the end of November 2025, Taewoong Yoo, piano, from Prof. Bernd Glemser's class, achieved an outstanding success: he won 3rd prize at the 5th edition of "Les Étoiles du Piano", International Piano Competition of Hauts-de-France in Roubaix, France, and received prize money of 7,500 euros.

The competition round took place from November 16 to 22, 2025. For the final round, Taewoong Yoo played the Piano Concerto No. 23 in A major, K. 488 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart together with the Orchestre de Picardie under the direction of David Niemann.

Taewoong Yoo began his bachelor's degree at the prestigious Korea National University of Arts in 2017 in the class of Prof. Daejin Kim, whose mentorship played a key role in shaping his artistic development. After successfully completing his master's degree in 2023, he has since continued his education in the renowned Meisterklasse program at the University of Music Würzburg with Prof. Bernd Glemser.
