Following a successful audition, Matthias Klepsch was accepted into the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra’s Academy. From October 2026, he will take up his position in the Academy’s violin section.

Matthias Klepsch has been studying the violin on the Bachelor of Arts programme at the Würzburg University of Music since 2022. Since 2024, he has been continuing his training in Prof. Erika Geldsetzer’sclass and is expected to complete his Bachelor’s degree in the summer of 2026.

Alongside his training as a soloist and orchestral musician, Matthias Klepsch is particularly dedicated to chamber music. His acceptance into the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra’s Orchestra Academy now gives him the opportunity to gain valuable professional orchestral experience and further prepare for his transition into a professional career.
