For the second time, the beautiful event hall of Sparkasse Mainfranken in Würzburg will be transformed into a stage for first-class jazz on 26.11.2025. As part of this year's "Music meets Sparkasse" concert series, we are delighted to welcome the internationally renowned jazz trombonist Nick Finzer (USA) to Würzburg!

As part of the partnership between the University of Music Würzburg and the University of North Texas, we proudly present an evening of music at the highest level - with original and classical compositions interpreted by this Grammy-nominated jazz artist. Nick Finzer, named "Rising Star Trombonist" in the DownBeat Magazine Critics Poll , meets students and faculty - together they unfold a rousing concert experience between tradition and innovation.
