Fanzhuohan Yang and Chang Liu from the class of Prof. Stefan Hussong won the 1st prize with 97.2/100 points in the category C chamber music at the 45th International Accordion Competition in Pula/Croatia (24.-27.05. 2022).

The competition is one of the oldest and most traditional accordion competitions at all and could finally take place again this year after 2 years of Corona break. It was distinguished by a top-class international jury, as well as a field of participants of the same caliber.

Since October 2020 Fanzhuohan Yang and Chang Liu study in the master class at the HfM Würzburg, since 2021 the two play as the duo "DoppelA".
