Here the applicants are to show their natural expression in speaking, singing and moving, their sense of rhythm and their body coordination. In the form of 3 impromptu tasks, perceptiveness, responsiveness, creativity and presence are addressed. From a prepared short teaching sample with the competitors, leadership quality and empathy can be developed.
