Tine Schneider studied jazz piano at the Hilversums Conservatorium in the Netherlands with Frans Elsen, Jan Huydts and Rob Madna.

In Amsterdam she led her own trio and played in various formations with Ferdinand Povel, Ack van Rooyen, John Engels, Denise Jannah, Clarence Becton, Ellen Helmus, Ray Appelton, among others.

Tours in Spain, Russia, France, Indonesia and Malaysia, among others.

From 1986 to 2002 she also taught at the 'Conservatorium van Amsterdam' in the subjects major and minor jazz piano and ensemble. Since April 2002 she lives again in Germany and works as a freelance musician and as a piano teacher.
