For the first time, the University of Music Würzburg will be represented at the Akustika music fair in Nuremberg this year!
We will be available to answer visitors' questions about studying at our university in Hall E3 at Stand E7.

In addition, a trombone ensemble from the university will perform a musical contribution on the Acoustic Stage (Level 2, Room St. Petersburg) on 9 March 2024 from 11:15-12:00. We look forward to seeing you there!

Akustika 2024 will take place from 8 to 10 March at Messe Nürnberg. The second edition of the event will be significantly larger and more international, with over 200 exhibitors presenting their products and services at the "Trade Fair for Music" in Nuremberg. Over 80 concerts and numerous workshops provide an entertaining and informative supporting programme. Nuremberg - akustika is aimed at professional musicians, music students and people interested in music. Visitors come to Nuremberg not only from Franconia and the whole of Germany - akustika 2024 is expected to attract guests from other European countries and Asia, for example. String, brass and woodwind instruments as well as keyboard instruments will be presented on around 3,000 square metres. There will also be a range of other instruments, accessories, materials, services and sheet music. Music schools, universities and associations are also on site as contacts for musicians.
