University of Music Würzburg student Alexandra Miranda Tsiokou (violin) secured a permanent position in the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn at the end of April.
Ms. Tsiokou has been studying at the University of Music Würzburg since autumn 2017. She began her training with Prof. Herwig Zack as a PreCollegiate, continued her studies in the Bachelor's program and is currently in the Master's program.

The Beethoven Orchestra Bonn is one of the most traditional orchestras in Germany. It was founded in 1907 and is closely associated with the musical legacy of Ludwig van Beethoven. The orchestra is in demand internationally, regularly makes guest appearances on major stages and works with renowned conductors and soloists. A permanent position in this ensemble represents a special distinction and excellent career prospects.
