Christiane Dehmer studied school music at the University of Music Weimar, majoring in practical school piano playing with Dieter Huschke and Gero Schmidt-Oberländer. This was followed by supplementary studies in music theory/aural training. She then studied jazz piano and composition with Chris Beier and Tine Schneider at the Musikhochschule Würzburg and an artistic development year with Bernhard Pichl. She successfully passed her pedagogical and artistic jazz piano diploma. In addition to her artistic activities, she is a lecturer at the Musikhochschule Würzburg in practical school piano playing, and gives courses and workshops piano (pop piano, improvisation, song accompaniment) and band conducting.

Christiane Dehmer performs solo as well as with her Christiane Dehmer Trio.

Her compositions are expressive pieces inspired by emotion, and her stylish performance makes them an inspiring experience for the listener.
