The evaluation of studies and teaching is an important component in the quality assurance system of the University of Music Würzburg. For this reason, the university is currently conducting a large-scale survey among former students:
All graduates of the bachelor's and master's degree programs who completed their studies between the winter semester 2015/16 and the summer semester 2024 after passing their exams are cordially invited to take part. They are asked to provide feedback on their studies at the University of Music Würzburg, on the transition after their studies, e.g. into further studies or employment, and on their current (professional) situation. The people concerned received an e-mail in mid-May with a link to the online questionnaire. They have until the end of the summer to complete the questionnaire.
Based on the results of the survey, the study conditions at the university and our Bachelor's and Master's degree programs can be better adapted to the needs of students and the requirements of the job market. This benefits current and future generations of students in particular. The findings from the graduate survey are also very helpful when designing new degree programs and courses. Furthermore, the results of this survey are used as part of accreditation procedures, as our university has to provide evidence of the employability of its graduates and the quality of the courses on offer.
Further information on the graduate survey can be found on the website. If you have any questions, please contact the Quality Management Office, staff member Sonja Gruner: sonja.gruner@hfm-wuerzburg.de or phone +49 931 32187 2331.
