Prof. Daniela Hasenhündl

studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts "Mozarteum" in Salzburg, Dept. Orff Institute, Music and Movement Education. This was followed by a scientific master's degree at the above-mentioned university. During and after her studies she carried out numerous projects on music and dance education with young people and adults with a focus on dance (own compositions and choreographies, stage performances).
From 1992 to 1996 she taught at academies for social pedagogy and music schools in Munich. In addition to conducting teacher training courses in the context of music and movement education with children, adolescents and adults, she completed numerous further training courses, among others, at the Rhythmikon - Munich, at the school for Brazilian music and rhythm instruments "Latin-Percussionschool" - Munich and at the school for traditional African rhythm "Tam Tam Mandingue" - Munich. From 1996 to 1998 she taught as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg in the department of social work and care management (teaching areas: Musical area, project management in creative design with music in elementary school, rhythm experience through the body).
Since WS 1997 she has been teaching at the University of Music Würzburg as an artistic assistant for the subject Elementary Music Education. To date, Daniela Hasenhündl is active as an academic senior lecturer in the main subject of elementary music pedagogy and in the training of school musicians. In addition to student training, which has a great practical relevance due to the model class teaching with different target groups, she is active in the further training of teachers as well as educators and is a member of the management team of the certification course "Elementary Music Practice for 4 to 8 Year Old Children".
