The subject of the cooperation between the HfM Würzburg and the University of Würzburg is to ensure a mutual exchange in musicological as well as music pedagogical teaching, the awarding of the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy as well as the regulation of enrolment in the music teaching degree programmes, the collection, and distribution of tuition fees and the modalities of examination administration. In addition, an agreement with the Center for Languages at the University of Würzburg regulates the teaching of Italian for students in the Bachelor of Voice degree programme.
